Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract for the purchase of goods without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days from the date you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, receive the goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although it is not mandatory.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, no fees will be charged for the refund.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.
Goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, including original packaging. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed or if the goods were delivered incorrectly or defective.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-made or clearly personalized goods
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
Audio or video recordings or software which were unsealed after delivery
Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all original labels and seals. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the goods are returned in a condition that diminishes their value.
Please ensure the items are properly packaged to avoid damage during the return shipment.
